CARE International in Lao PDR organized training on Social Norm Analysis by using gender tools for CARE staff

In June 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR organized training on Social Norm Analysis by using gender tools for CARE staff. The purpose is to help them better understand overall gender equality, to be able to use the Community Dialogue Tool (CDT), Gender Equality in Relationships (GER), and Social Analysis for Action (SAA) to analyze problems, impacts and to build action plans to promote gender equality at the family and community levels. After completing the training, the team will bring the lessons learned to adapt and apply in their projects to bring a big change in the community.
