CARE International in Lao PDR organized the Communications and Monitoring, Impact, Learning, Knowledge Management and Accountability (MILKA) Workshop

On 24-28 June 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR organized the Communications and Monitoring, Impact, Learning, Knowledge Management and Accountability (MILKA) Workshop for CARE’s staff. The purpose is to build capacity and understand the importance of using communications including evaluation in the project, especially photography, interview methods, the process of writing case stories, and evaluation tools usage in the project to be effective. It was also a great opportunity for staff to build their relationships and share lessons learned about successes and challenges during the project implementation.
