Capacity building for partners is one of the main priorities for CARE International in Lao PDR, and one of the areas we support is communications work. Through communications, our partners can spread the successes of their project implementation more effectively and widely, and can help provide communities with access to the right sources of information. This is very important in many areas, especially in terms of finding funding sources to continue their community development work, along with developing their organizations to be strong and sustainable.
