Last month, the SuPER WE Coffee project of CARE International in Lao PDR followed up on activities for Farmer Field School (FFS) which includes 3 main activities: building coffee drying sheds, using cherry coffee milling, and planting fodder crops. The purpose of doing the farmer school is to help them learn how to participate in education by bringing together a group of small coffee producers to solve production problems through sustainable agriculture, enhancing skills for observation and critical analysis of coffee production and distribution as well as improving ownership in decision-making by themselves
