CARE International in Lao PDR conducted the training on selection of seedlings, seed storage, and making local herbs for preventing plants from pests for the community in Phongsaly Province

At the end of March 2024, the Women Empowerment for Climate Resilience (WECR) of CARE Laos conducted the training on selection of seedlings, seed storage, and making local herbs for preventing plants from pests for the community in Khoua District, Phongsaly Province.

This training helped the community to understand more about the appropriate plant varieties to plant in their area, to know the process of seed storage, and to be able to seedlings. In addition, they also know the composition of herbal used to prevent pests and to nourish the plants to grow and be strong.
