The International Coffee Day celebration in Luang Prabang Province on 27 – 29 October 2023 was completed with the official opening remarked by Ms. Ina Marčiulionytė, Ambassador and Head of Delegation of the European Union in Laos, Ms. Siv-Leng CHHUOR, Ambassador of France to Lao PDR, Ms. Silinthone Souphanthong, the Vice Governor of Luang Prabang Province, Mr. Bounthieng Soulivanh, the President of Luang Prabang Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and representatives from the relevant heads of departments jointly opened the ceremony to celebrate the International Coffee Day and also visited booth exhibition of Dakcheung Highlands Coffee which is produced by the coffee producer groups in Dakcheung District, Sekong Province under the SuPER WE Coffee Project funded by the European Union.
