In July 2024, the SuPER WE Coffee Project implemented the Women Leadership Training in Dakchueng District, Sekong Province. The purpose is to encourage women coffee farmers to learn about leadership skills, work and solve problems together, and increase their understanding of gender. In addition, they also learned basic financial management, business planning and marketing.
