Strengthening communication is one of the necessary skills to help employees become good leaders in the future. On January 15-19, 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR organized the Social and Behavior Change Communication Training (SBCC) for CARE staff. The purpose of this training is to help them understand more about good communication, analyze each situation that occurs in the target area of the project by using the Step of Change tool, and jointly communication planning in each project activity. After completing the training, they will apply the lessons and skills learned to their partners and communities in their target areas.
