On 4 January 2024, CARE International in Lao PDR organized a workshop on the Social Analysis and Action (SAA) Tool for the Gender Development Association (GDA). The aim is to help them understand the purpose of using the SAA Tool by looking at typical gender roles, behaviors, and norms, accessing underlying causes of problems, and understanding how to effectively facilitate the session in the community.
