On 17 August 2023, CARE International in Lao PDR held a Semi-Annual Meeting steering committee for the Strengthen the Quality of Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health Services in Phongsaly Province (Phase III). The purpose is to summarize the results of the implementation of activities over the past six months and discussed plans for project activities in the remaining six months of 2023 to ensure that all plans will be achieved within the timeframe.
